Gold Country Girls Softball was first
organized in 1982, providing girls on the
Divide with friendly competition in Fast Pitch
Softball. The Divide includes the towns of
Georgetown, Greenwood, Cool, Pilot Hill,
Garden Valley, Volcanoville, Quintette, and
Kelsey.

Our program promotes the social, physical,
mental, and moral development of female
athletes ages 4 1/2 to 16 years. Our ultimate
goal is to teach our athletes sportswomanship,
team work, fellowship, courtesy, discipline and
integrity.

Our foundation of rules and operations are
based on information gathered from American
Softball Association (ASA) and Northern
California Softball Association (NORCAL).
